| Elected barangay officials of ZaNorte flock to join APP |

ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE- After the recently concluded Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections last October 29, majority of the newly elected officials have strong-willed taking their oath to the Alliance of Parties for Progress (APP) during the mass oath taking ceremonies held in the city of Dipolog and some municipalities the past weeks. Last November 12, more than 300 newly elected barangay officials of the Roxas and Jose Dalman took their oath to Governor Rolando Yebes and Vice Governor Francis Olvis.
In Jose Dalman, another 8 elected barangay captains, 56 barangay councilors, 11 SK chairmen and 77 SK councilors have formally joined APP. Meanwhile, in third district this province, Baliguian municipality showed their full support to the present administration because all 17 barangay captains and other officials joined hands together to be one under the leadership of the Yebes administration whose mission is to make ZaNorte progressive and competitive.
In Labason, Gutalac, Salug and Sindangan municipalities majority of the barangay officials also took their oath to Yebes and Olvis last week.
“I need officials who will religiously put public service in their hearts because it is my dream to help the poor people of Zamboanga del Norte through my good programs” Yebes added. Vice Governor Olvis also told the newly elected officials that by next year he will be allocating P500,000 or a half a million pesos in the 3 districts of this province for the local farmers as financial assistance. Meanwhile, in Dipolog City, APP members will create a group called KKK or Kauban, Kuyog sa Kalamboan as to make one group, one party and one mission—to help ZaNorte progressive and be excluded in the list of the most impoverished province in the entire country. On the other hand, even majority of Dipolognons persuaded by money just to vote the opposition’s candidates last barangay election, the good programs of Gov. Yebes continue to accommodate indigents for their hospitalization.
